Recently, Addon Solutions have arranged a one-day picnic tour for software developer team at the Zanzari Waterfall located near Dehgam areas and 70 Km away from the Ahmedabad. Techies have a full-day fun and thrills at the resort and waterfall in the Vatrak river.
The general perception of the life of software techies is “Cubical Creature” fit into a boring routine of sunrise to sunset and even after that burning electricity for the sake of offshore clients and their comforts!
However, many
software companies with humanitarian sense try to save their talents from such infinite stresses by offering various events such as arranging “Special Day” celebration by doing funny things or creating the odd but interesting internal milieu.
Some generous nature CEOs go one step further and offer picnic at various places with abundant nature, to provide an ultimate relief from the cubical life, for their beloved techies. Fortunately, Addon Solutions belong to that group of companies, and recently it has held a one-day tour to a waterfall place named Zanzari situated in Dehgam area of Aravalli district.
Beginning of Journey from Ahmadabad to Zanzari Desavar Resorts
In a cold morning of Saturday, March 04 2017, Addon Solutions staff had started their journey in a private tourist luxury bus from the office location.
Pickup route was planned carefully so aspirant staff members can reach the pickup point located in their vicinity without any issue and rapidly with the least expenses.
The bus was equipped with all luxurious facilities and comfortable seats to assure comfortable and delightful journey. The morning breakfast was served during the traveling in the bus along with water bottles.
Techies were seemingly excited and cheerful as dances and songs were rampant during the entire journey.
Arrival at Desavar Resort
After nearly two hours of traveling in the bus, folks of software developer team of Addon Solutions landed at the destination, the Holiday Resort located exactly on the bank of Vatrak River. Curious techies were joyfully entered into the Deshawar resort, managed by Deshawar Hotel Group of Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar.
Young and energetic software engineers of Addon Solutions have received a warm welcome by the Resort staff with serving of welcome drink and some hot breakfast to add more energy to the body and minds of techies.
Natural Beauty in Resort and On the River Bank
The overall architectural layout of the holiday resort was beautiful indeed! Different landscapes were designed to provide variations and vicinity to nature. Trees were abundant and in a variety of species, sizes, and appearance.
Flora and fauna have made rich with grass, flowers, shrubs, plants, and large trees grew naturally for years. Water pond with a centrally located fountain was a winning place for youngsters of Addon Solutions staff and couples.
The right angle of rising Sun rays had created a small yet fascinating rainbow or color spectrum by interactions with falling water droplets of the fountain in the pond.

River water was shallow but clean and transparent to put open legs in the flowing water streams. Thus, guys have robbed off fun and coolness of nature on the river bank.
Rich Evening Experiences at Zanzari Waterfall
The location of the waterfall was somewhat ahead of the Resort and bus was headed towards it after 5 o’clock evening.
It was about 3 Km trekking distance in the forest and river areas to reach the exact location of the waterfall. The energetic software developer team of Addon Solutions was ready to walk and some of them to enjoy camel ride too.
Zanzari (Jhanjhari) waterfall is a series of rapids and with a lot of rocks, boulders, and craters. Due to the onset of summer, the river was reduced to a big stream and open rocks to sit and enjoy the mild songs of falling water, bustling birds flying over the water flow, and fresh air to fill up lungs.
Many techies got wet in the flowing streams of the waterfall and spent delightful moments with the colleagues with playful activities within river water.
Finally, Departure!
After enjoying the sunset, folks started trekking to the bus stand and started return journey at 7 o’clock on the spiral roads among the mountainous areas. Everybody in Addon Solutions staff seemed exhausted but satisfied with the fun and thrills they have enjoyed during the entire day.
